Welcome to Handstand Canada.
We're passionate about the art, science, training and practice of handbalancing and offer a number of on-premise and online programs and educational resources that will enable you to develop the strength, flexibility, techniques and skills required to gain freedom on your hands.
Beginner Handstand. Learn to enter and balance the straight, two-arm handstand.
Intermediate Program. Learn the fundamental shapes of handbalancing: Tuck, Straddle and Pike.
Train the strength and gain the flexibility required for handstand presses.
Handstand Push Up.
Train the strength and skill to achieve a freestanding HSPU.
